Narwal devices are engineered for continual high performance. If a Narwal device is used how it’s intended and breaks down within the warranty period, it’s our responsibility to make good, and we do so at no charge to you (parts and labor).

• Courier/delivery/pickup fees shall be borne by the user.
• All of our repairs use genuine Narwal parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.
• The Narwal Limited Warranty covers the user’s Narwal device and some of accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing defects for 2 year.
• The warranty excludes normal degradation from ongoing usage, even when it is being properly maintained.
• Parts that are subjected to degradation include but not limited to fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collector, wheels, etc.
• We do not cover warranty or repair for purchases of devices from unauthorized sellers nor damages arising from negligent use and use of the Narwal device which is not following the Narwal Operating Manual.
